We're also considering the Cove at Vincenz built by Standard Pacific (less expensive, bigger, and only positive comments were found from Standard Pacific), but the elevations are less to our liking (Just from pictures online, we haven't been to the site yet.)Īny comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!! I would really like to know if Ashton Woods's homes there are of good quality and if the neighborhood is safe and friendly. We haven't seen the interior of the house though coz their models are closed. Anyone knows anything about the Citrus Heights homes built by Ashton Woods in Gilbert? After my hubby and I drove there today, I'm in love with the beautiful and almost vintage elevations (instead of the yellowish or brownish exterior like the desert all the time! So boring!), and the beautiful lake and spacious landscape there with lots of trees and grass (though the ranch near it seems a little smelly).
